🌱 Return & Exchange Policy

At Marissa Kay Co., we put care into every item we create. Because many of our products are handmade and made-to-order, we ask that you shop thoughtfully. That said, your happiness matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Custom, digital, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs).

• Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to process the refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error with your order.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive items that don’t arrive back to us.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
